My Germany Trip- July 2007 ( Weilburg/Wetzlar )

Continuation from my Italy trip was to Germany for a world conference for dealers and stockist for Buderus Edelstahl , the biggest plastic mould steel manufacturer in Europe. This conference was held in a beautiful small town Weilburg located about 100km away from Frankfurt. Arriving from Venice by Ryan Air , we landed at Frankfurt Hahn airport. Dont be fooled by its name...its located very far away from Frankfurt, and it took us 1 1/2 hours by taxi to the conference site . Luckily the taxi was courtesy of the organizer, if not we would be € 400 poorer as taxi's in Germany is very expensive ..

Can you spot me ??? No prizes for correct answer !!!!

After our official dinner, we were entertained to a classical concert by a Japanese chronographer.....

Safety first.............. Also includes a trip to my steel mill

Top : Hiking along Lahn River, during my free time..beautiful
Left : What is a trip to Germany without tasting their local beer ???

Left : We were very well taken off with lots and lots of yummy and good food and free flow of beers and wines. Right : My fav dish there, veal medalions in Remy Martin gravy...perfect !

A great night with some beautiful samba dancers all the way from Brazil.......
